Pork is marinaded in an easy Asian concoction that is salty, sweet, and spicy.
1. Trim pork and butterfly, if desired.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
3. Place pork in a resealable bag and add marinate. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Grill over medium heat, basting with marinade the first few minutes. Grill a total of about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to desired doneness. Let rest a few minutes before serving.

This is delicious! I didn’t have green onion or sambal oelek, but used garlic chives and crushed red peppers and used walnut oil in place of the sesame oil. Husband’s comment was “When are you making this again?” Thanks for sharing!
