Grilled steak salad with fresh mozzarella cheese and sauteed veggies.
1. Season and cook steak to desired flavor and doneness. (I use pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder and cook to medium.)
2. Heat a medium saute pan with butter and add diced onion and green pepper once hot.
3. Slice mushrooms as needed and add to saute pan.
4. Wash and dry lettuce.
5. Rip lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to plates.
6. Slice mozzarella cheese and add to lettuce on plates.
7. Slice steak.
8. Add sauteed vegetables to plates to make cheese melty.
9. Arranges steak slices on top.
10. Eat as-is or add you favorite dressing.
