Cranberry Salad

Description
An easy salad a dear friend’s daughter used to make for every holiday.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks, drained
- ½ cups Chopped Pecans
- 1 can (16 Oz. Can) Plain Whole Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup Whipped Cream, Added Just Before Serving
Preparation
Mix all ingredients (except whipped cream) and freeze. Defrost slightly before serving. Add whipped cream just before serving.

One of my sister-in-laws makes this and it’s wonderful. Light, savory, tangy, sweet. It’s wonderful stuff with any meat dish or by itself.
