My grandma used to always make this at Easter time or really, for any fun summertime get-together.
Drain juice from pineapple into a sauce pan. Add sugar, flour and eggs to the juice. Heat the juice mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it becomes a thick pudding; remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix cheese, pineapple and marshmallows together. Once cool, pour the pudding over the marshmallow mixture. Combine thoroughly. Refrigerate.
