Colorful fruity summer salad.
1. Cover onion slices with cold water and forget for 30 minutes. Drain, dry off and reserve.
2. Supreme the oranges over a bowl to keep all the orange juice!
3. In the same bowl, add the oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
4. Arrange lettuce leaves, orange supremes (segments), red onion and avocado slices in 4 plates. Cover with pomegranate seeds and top with vinaigrette.
