Quick and easy pan-fried patties.
1. In a medium bowl, mix tuna or salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, potato flakes, onion, garlic, dill weed, celery salt, salt and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 2″ balls, and flatten into patties about 1/2″ thick.
3. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
4. In batches, cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
These are great with dill sauce on top!
