Don’t let the title scare you off. This salad is a favorite, even of non veggie lovers!
Brown bacon. Cool and then crumble.
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small bite sized pieces.
Place bacon, broccoli, and cauliflower into a large bowl.
Grate the cheeses and add to bowl.
Stir mayo, sugar, and vinegar together and toss with ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
