Super easy casserole your kids will love!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ground beef, onion, eggs and salt together. Form into approximately 20 meatballs. Moisten the stuffing with hot water. Cover each meatball with stuffing and place in a baking dish.
Whisk the cream of chicken soup with the milk (I just fill one of the cans with milk and it’s the perfect amount). Pour over the meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve with veggies or a salad!

Thanks for sharing! I made this tonight and tweaked it a little, but it was still a hit with my husband. He doesn’t like cream soups at all and requested it again! Victory!
