Delicious sous vide turkey breast.
Start sous vide circulator and bring water temperature to 145ºF.
Season turkey breast with ground black pepper and garlic salt. Place turkey breast in resealable bag (or sous vide bag) and add olive oil. Seal bag using immersion method.
Submerge turkey breast in water and cook for 3 hours. Remove turkey breast from the bag and sear in a hot skillet until it turns golden brown. Rest for 10 minutes then serve.
