This is such a refreshing and light summer three bean salad packed with roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, basil and lemon dressing!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Get out a baking dish and combine corn kernels, tomato halves, salt, pepper and olive oil in it. Stir it all together thoroughly, then roast in the oven for 10 minutes.
When done roasting, in a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Toss salad thoroughly, then chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
