This gluten-free and dairy-free milkshake has a banana layer, then chocolate and finally strawberry. It takes a little bit of patience to put together and get the layers right but I think it is worth the effort.
Place banana and milk in a blender, blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Place the ingredients for the chocolate layer in a blender, blitz until smooth. Carefully pour on top of the banana layer and return to the freezer for 10 minutes.
Blend together the milk and strawberries. Pour carefully on top of the chocolate layer.
I topped mine with some whipped coconut cream and a drizzle of dairy free chocolate sauce.
