Description

Cashews, hazelnuts and nutritional yeast make up the bulk of this delightfully crumbly and salty vegan cheese.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Cashews
  • ¼ cups Hazelnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • ¼ cups Nutritional Yeast
  • ¾ teaspoons Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Onion Powder

Preparation

Pulse everything together in a food processor, until crumbly like Parmesan cheese.
