Great healthy recipe that includes a flavorful lime marinade.
In a mixing bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, and seasonings. Add chicken to marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill and remove chicken from marinade before grilling. Grill chicken for about 12–15 minutes or until done. The time will very depending on how thick your chicken is.
Serve with toppings and/or side of choice.
Note: The chicken needs to marinate at least 1 hour prior to cooking.
