Papaya & Pineapple Garden Salad

Description
Just perfect for lunchtime!
Ingredients
- 5 leaves Crisp Romaine Lettuce
- 1 whole Mexican Papaya, Peeled, Thinly Sliced
- ½ cups Fresh Pineapple Rings In Natural Juices
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Slivers
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil Or Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- ½ whole Fresh Lemon, Zest And Juice
Preparation
On a large plate, add Romaine leaves, sliced papaya, pineapple rings and juices. Top with almond slivers.
In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients and stir well. Drizzle over salad.
