Spinach Strawberry Salad

Description
Fresh juicy strawberries on a bed of spinach with feta cheese and pistachios is sweet salad heaven. Toss that all together with a balsamic vinaigrette and man, it’s to die for.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- ⅓ cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
- ½ cups Feta Cheese
- ½ cups Pistachios, Shelled
Preparation
In a large salad bowl, add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss the spinach until all spinach is coated in dressing.
Top salad with strawberries, feta and pistachios. Serve immediately.
Salad can be stored overnight. If planning to have leftovers, don’t add the dressing until you are ready to eat.
