Large dish for a crowd, it’s great for a reunion, family gathering or potluck dinner.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a pot of boiling water add elbow pasta and cook per package instructions. Drain in a colander and set aside in a mixing bowl.
In a large mixing bowl (microwave safe) add all 4 cheeses. Cover the bowl and microwave to melt it on 1 minute intervals. Stir and mix between intervals and return to microwave using 1 minute cooking intervals. Check and stir until it’s all melted. Add milk, butter, black pepper, parsley and hot sauce and stir well with a large spoon. Add cooked elbow pasta into cheese mixture and stir well.
In a greased 9 x 12 x 3 baking dish, add mac and cheese mixture. Spread it out with an offset spatula into an even single layer. Add bread crumbs or panko to the top and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
It is an absolutely creamy, cheesy, wonderfully delicious easy recipe!
