Shrimp and mushroom linguini with a garlic butter sauce.
Cook the linguini according to the directions on the box, drain and set aside.
Add butter and both chopped and sliced mushrooms to a large skillet. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley and shrimp. Stir occasionally and cook for another 5 minutes. If you are using fresh shrimp, make sure it is all fully cooked.
Add the pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Toss everything together and serve hot.
