Steak and bacon panini with guacamole.
Heat a panini maker over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray (make sure and spray the bottom and the top of the panini maker).
Brush one side of each piece of bread with melted butter. Add one piece of bread to the bottom of the panini grill (buttered side down) and layer half of the steak, tomatoes, bacon, guacamole and cheese on top. Add another slice of bread (buttered side up) and close the panini maker. Cook according to manufacturer’s instructions or until browned to your liking. Remove it from the panini grill and repeat making the second sandwich.
Dip sandwich in BBQ sauce and enjoy.

Those ingredient combinations sound awesome!
