In a medium bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and dry active yeast, then add the olive oil, butter, salt and lukewarm water. Using a wooden spoon, work the mixture together until all is combined. Knead the dough for 5 minutes. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for 1 hour.
After resting, preheat oven to 390ºF for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, grease a baking pan (8″ x 13″) with butter. Spread the dough over it. Then pour in the tomato sauce and sprinkle on the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Then top with basil, oregano and olive oil.
