I call this “Resolution Salad” because it’s a great way to keep those new year’s resolutions while still eating delicious food!
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cabbage and red onion.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and pour over the vegetables. Toss in the almonds and raisins, if using, and fold to combine.
Allow the salad to sit for approximately 15 minutes at room temperature before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
