The best pea salad ever! And I don’t like peas!
Heat oil, vinegar and sugar (or Splenda) on low heat to dissolve. Let cool completely. Mix all together and then let it marinate in the fridge for at least 24 hours.

A little bit sweet and a little bit tangy, this is the perfect side to almost any main course. It gets better with time, too, but it won’t last that long because it’s THAT YUMMY!
