Quiche with sausage and green chilies.
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Put pie shell into a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
In a saute pan, fry up sausage until cooked thoroughly. Drain grease and set aside sausage. In the same pan using the butter and olive oil, sauté onions until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Set aside to cool for about 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix eggs, salt, pepper, cumin, green chilies and cheese. Then add cooled sausage and onions. Pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake in the oven for approximately 1 hour or until the center comes out clean when you check it with a knife.
