Wonderful no-cook summer salad. Disappears at potlucks. Not quite vegetarian, as it does have bacon, but if you HAVE to, you could leave it out.
Mix everything together in one big bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Easy peasy.

I made this for a pot luck in my office. It was gone very fast! I think I had too much onion in it, but I’m not a fan of a lot of onion in my salads. Very easy and delicious!
