Grilled challah with smoked turkey, havarti and arugula.
Start by buttering 2 slices of challah and add a light spread of sweet and spicy mustard. Compile the sandwich with the shaved smoked turkey; add the Havarti cheese (who says you can have too much cheese?) and finish with arugula.
Place on a 350ºF grill, arugula side down first. Cook for 3 minutes; flip and cook for another 3 minutes. When flipped, cover with a pot cover to help melt the cheese.
