Recipe adapted from the Jean Pare Casseroles book.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange the chicken pieces in a 9×13 baking pan or small greased casserole dish.
In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients until combined. Brush sauce over chicken pieces, or simply spoon it on top. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender and well-done.
