Fresh, healthy and delicious!
Start by grilling the chicken breast. Cut it in half, oil the grill and cook it on both sides. Remember to season it with some salt. Remove from the pan and cut it up into small pieces.
Slice up the mango. Cut the avocado into cubes. Wash and cut in half the cherry tomatoes, then put the green mix salad on a plate and add the mango, avocado, tomatoes, chicken and pine nuts.
In a small bowl combine salt, olive oil and vinegar. Pour the dressing onto the salad. Toss around and serve!
