Looking for a new way to make ravioli? Try toasting it.
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a small bowl or plate, combine bread crumbs, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and Parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture so that everything is well combined. In another small bowl, combine the egg whites with just a splash of water.
Place 2-3 raviolis at a time in the egg white mixture and then cover them with the bread crumb mixture. Place on foil or silicone mat and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce.

Yes, it should be 5 pinches of parmesan cheese.

Salome, I was wondering the same, on her website it says 5 PINCHES of Parmesan shredded. Spell check victim, lol. I can’t wait to try these, I have been craving them lately.

Are you from St. Louis? That’s where these awesome bites are from, but normally they’re fried. I can’t wait to try them baked!

What does “five pieces Parmesan” mean? Ounces? Cubes? (If so, how big?) And is there a recommended brand of frozen ravioli?
