As the title says, Grilled Smoked Corn Beef and Jarlsberg Cheese on homemade rye bread.
The long prep time for smoking the corned beef. This obviously can be cut way down if you use a corned beef from the store and cook normally.
Butter both sides of bread and spread sweet and spicy mustard over the inside of 1 slice of bread. Then assemble sandwich with slices of corn beef and top with cheese. Grill in a skillet on medium for approximately 5 minutes per side.
