Description
Ham ‘N’ Cheese Waffle sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-¾ cup Milk
- ½ cups Melted Butter, Cooled
- 1-¾ cup Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 5 slices Ham, Chopped
- ¾ cups Shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients together. Beat until all wet ingredients are well blended. Slowly add in the flour, sugar and baking powder and stir until everything is coated, but don’t overmix.
Add some of the mixture to a hot greased waffle iron and top with the strips of ham and cheese. Cook until golden brown and the mixture is no longer a wet dough.
You can top these with powdered sugar or syrup.
