Cream cheese, chives and chicken all in a handheld ball of goodness!
Mix together first 4 ingredients, then add chicken.
Open the cans of refrigerated rolls. Using your hands, flatten each roll out. Pull and stretch slowly as to not tear the dough. Place about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on each roll and pinch it closed to form a ball. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
I love to use leftover chicken and Thanksgiving turkey.
Freeze leftovers. To re heat, microwave one or two at a time for 45 to 60 seconds.

OMG!!!! My mom taught me how to make these except it was her recipe called chicken packets but they are so freakin good!!
