Easy variation on a recipe found on a can of Progresso chickpeas.
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Drain tuna.
Combine chickpeas, tuna, celery, tomatoes, goat cheese.
Add olive oil, vinegar, and seasonings.
Toss.
Eat.
Try with other combinations, such as black beans and bleu cheese. Use whatever’s in the pantry! Let me know how it turns out.
