A fast, fresh, and tasty alternative to your normal pizza!
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. This recipe uses a pre-made dough (this can be raw dough purchased in the store, homemade, or a ready made pizza crust). Roll out dough to about a 10-12 inch circle.
Brush dough with your olive oil. Place in the oven and bake 5 minutes Remove from the oven.
To top your pizza: leaving 1/2″ border around the edges of the crust, scatter thinly sliced, seeded roma tomatoes on pizza. Sprinkle with minced, fresh oregano, mint, and garlic. Add your lemon zest, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with more olive oil.
Bake in the oven at 425 degrees until crust is golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.
