Delicious buffalo chicken pizza, grilled to perfection!
In a small bowl, mix ricotta, ranch mix and wing sauce together for the buffalo sauce. Slice chicken into bite size pieces and set aside.
Light grill and heat to medium-high heat. Roll out dough and brush top with oil, then salt and pepper it. Place the dough on the grill, oiled side down, and grill until the bottom has grill marks and is golden brown. Brush the top with oil before flipping over. Flip and grill for about 30 seconds.
Transfer dough to an old baking sheet and top with sauce. Add chicken and celery seeds. Place the pan on the grill and close the cover. Cook for a few more minutes until sauce and chicken are warmed through. Take off grill.
Place pizza on a cutting board and slice. Serve.
