White pizza with goat cheese, roasted garlic oil and lemony arugula. Grab your glass of chard!
Make the garlic oil: Place oil, garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Don’t let the garlic burn.
Preheat oven to 500ºF. Roll out pizza dough to desired thickness.
Brush dough with garlic oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with cheeses and bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
Make the vinaigrette: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and pepper.
Toss arugula lightly in vinaigrette and place on top of the pizza. Serve immediately.
