Really good! I used fat free ricotta + chicken sausage to lower the fat a bit but it was still amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

I was worried about this being too rich since gnocchi are heavy and with the cheese and cream, I was bracing for the worst, but I was pleasantly wrong! This was delicious. I made mine with chicken sausage and I couldn’t tell the difference. The creamy ricotta seems to cut the richness of it and balances out the “cheesiness” of it It comes together quickly as well (I was worried about all the pans going at once!) Definitely making this in the future

Do you think this will freeze well? I’m trying to make some frozen meals for someone who will be recovering from surgery.
