Nutty, sweet, tangy—this salad is addictive.
Toast the walnuts on a baking sheet for about 8 minutes at 350ºF. Marinate the strawberries in 1 tablespoon of the balsamic vinegar for 5-10 minutes. Mix together the olive oil, the remaining tablespoon of balsamic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together the spinach, arugula, walnuts, dressing and strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
