Description
This is a great coleslaw for summer cookouts. It goes especially well with burgers and steaks.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Coleslaw Mix
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 4 ounces, fluid Blue Cheese, Crumbled
Preparation
Mix all ingedients well. Tastes best the next day!

We made this today, and tried it before we even put it in the fridge! Oh my, it is really good! The different flavors are so good! From the mayo, to the bbq sauce to the blue cheese, which are all subtle, make this a coleslaw that is a keeper! Thank you for the recipe!
