I received this recipe 10 years ago and started making it again! It is so good, and is a great break from the same old yellow mustard variety!
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil them until they are tender, this should take about 10 minutes but test to make sure they are tender before removing from heat. Drain the water off the potatoes. Salt the potatoes. Mix the rest of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and pour over potatoes and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or over night.
