Traditional-style potato salad, perfect for family gatherings.
Combine the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper, and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; gradually beat in well-beaten eggs. Cook, stirring constantly until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Beat in the salad dressing.
Toss together remaining ingredients. Pour on the dressing, toss gently. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add more salt and/or pepper according to taste.
