This was really good. I made it tonight and my husband loved it (though he was sad about the minus the bourbon part..). I added cornstarch to make the sauce thicker and we also added some toasted sesame seeds. Will definitely make this again!

Made this tonight for my family, it was a hit. Even my youngest liked it, it’s a winner if she will eat her dinner. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner : )

I made this last night and it was love at first bite! The sauce did take quite a bit longer to thicken than I thought it would, but I also used frozen broccoli, so I probably messed up the liquid proportions. In hindsight, if you’re using a frozen vegetable, I would let the sauce thicken for awhile first then add the vegetable so that it doesn’t end up overcooked by the time the sauce is thick. Overall, great flavor, super easy, and the hubby loved it. Leftovers were great too.

I reviewed this quite a while ago, but just had to say I made it again last week and it still holds in my top 3 chicken dinners! (:
