Pork Chops
First, put salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder on each side of pork chops. Fry in a little bit of oil on high heat – just long enough to brown on each side. Do not cook it long just brown on both sides. Drain chops on a paper towel.
Over medium heat, put one cup of water in the bottom of the pan just used with a cap full of gravy master and mix in with water in pan. Once the pan is deglazed, put pork chops back in the pan and turn it down just to a simmer for 2 hours. Flip pork chops half way through.
