Sometimes the most delicious dish is just honest, simple food. Unless … you happen to have Truffle Honey, then add “decadent” to that, too. But you can use any honey you wish. Scatter some prosciutto on too, if you’d like.
1. Cut the figs into quarters. Tear the mozzarella into small bite-sized pieces. Tear the fresh basil.
2. Drizzle honey.
3. Sprinkle with sea salt.

I wish I had this recipe a couple of weeks ago when my fig tree was bursting with ripe figs. I’ll definitely be saving it for next year when the figs are ripe!
