I don’t have a grill so I just cooked the chicken in a little olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Very easy and yummy! I also used bottled lemon juice and it worked perfectly.

Delicious!!! Served with Lemon Orzo & Asparagus and grilled Flatbread from TJ. I couldn’t get enough. YUM can’t wait for tonights leftovers!!!

Ever since the first time I made this a couple of months ago, it gets requested on a regular basis. I’ve since tweaked it a litle to fit our tastes but a great recipe that’s also a keeper!

I made these for dinner and stuffed the chicken in pita with tomato, feta and tzatzkiki. It was fabulous I really can’t say enough about how flavorful the chicken is. I’m going to use this marinade recipe a lot! My husband was raised in a large Greek community and he said it tasted just like home! Its so simple too really spectacular!

I used dried herbs. I am sure you could fresh you would just have to use more of them.
