Deliciously tender and covered with a brown sugar glaze. Ooh la la!
Melt the butter in a skillet over high heat. Rinse pork and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on both sides of each piece of pork. Once the butter is melted, put the pork in a pan and let it brown for a couple of minutes on each side.
Once browned, reduce the heat to medium. Add the remaining ingredients to ensure that the meat is evenly coated with the saucy mixture. Once the meat is browned and the inside is white when cut, remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
