These noodles are a wonderful side dish with fish or chicken! My kids love them, and I enjoy the little kick from the red pepper!
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain water.
While pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet on low heat with olive oil. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Allow to cook for a couple of minutes. Add lemon juice, chicken broth, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly for about 10-15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Add parmesan cheese to the cream mixture. Allow to blend, mix in the noodles and stir to coat evenly. Serve with parsley! Enjoy!
