A healthy, crispy and zesty change on the traditional Waldorf Salad.
Core, then cut the Honeycrisp apples into small and bite sizes pieces, placing them into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix the Greek yogurt and orange zest. Pour over the apples and stir, evenly coating the apple pieces. Add in the raisins and Craisins, incorporating those as well. Lastly, add in the pecans, stirring into the salad as well.
When everything is incorporated and distributed evenly, cover and place in the fridge for 5 hours or overnight to meld the flavors.
