Description

This a nice, quick and easy-to-make healthy lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, Roasted And Shredded
  • ½ cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Brown Mustard
  • 1 stalk Celery, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 whole Wraps And Kind You Like
  • 4 whole Basil Leaves, Chopped
  • 4 whole Sun Dried Tomatoes Sliced (not In Oil)
  • 2 slices Cooked Turkey Bacon
  • 2 whole Romaine Leaves

Preparation

Add the chicken, mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, celery, and onion to a bowl. Mix well. Lay out each wrap, spread chicken salad, sprinkle some basil, and layer with sun dried tomatoes, bacon and lettuce.

This was my first attempt ever at making, let alone eating, chicken salad. It was so delicious! I love the way the sun dried tomatoes mesh with the chicken salad. For the salad, my boyfriend is allergic to eggs, so I made it with greek yogurt instead of mayo so he could eat it too, and even he thought it was good. PS: I also used regular bacon instead of turkey. :-P
