My basil and parsley are really growing well, so I think I’ll make a batch of pesto. I’ll freeze any leftover pesto in an ice cube tray (that I only use for pesto), then pop out the pesto cubes and freeze them in a freezer bag.

For the health and welfare of my husband, he does most of the cooking at our house! I’m “allowed” to help out with the occasional side-dish to whatever he’s decided to make. Usually something very simple, like warming up a bag of frozen veggies, opening a can of something, or throwing some potatoes in the oven. I can bake, but don’t do it very often because it’s just the 2 of us, and we can’t (or rather SHOULDN’T) finish an entire cake or batch of cookies by ourselves!
Hannah on 7.18.2014
Probably nothing! Going to a birthday party where I hope they’re doing the cooking
