Tomorrow I’m making Ree’s Chicken Spaghetti to freeze for the first week in our new home (when all my kitchen stuff will be packed away) as well as a double batch of Chicken Rice Burritos — for dinner, and for another New Home meal. :-)

Sunday we’re having Italian beef and mozzarella sandwiches (our local deli has amazing Italian beef).

I usually try to prepare food to be reheated during the work week so I will make mexican rice, refried beans and cook chicken w/chiles, tomatoes and onions for one meal then shred the chicken for tacos for the 2nd meal.
