I have two choices – PW’s Garlic-Lime Grilled Chicken and Skirt Steak. Skirt Steak because it has so many uses and fajitas is a great party food. the Garlic Lime Chicken because it seems like it is so great with so many different sides….. I love this giveaway – those cooking baskets alone make me drool.

Grilled asparagus!! Just toss the raw spears little olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic. salt and pepper and throw them on!

That’d have to be a tossup between brats, skewers and burgers. They’re the most common thing I grill for guests. Though I guess if I had to pick one it would be Jamaican Jerk Burgers.
